Individual Spiritual Accompaniment
Online via Zoom. Typically meetings are monthly.
Sessions may consist of questions, reflection, periods of silence, spiritual practices, and most often a combination of all. They are your time to listen for and explore your connection with whatever you hold sacred.

Group Spiritual Accompaniment
I work with both existing groups and run specialized or themed groups on 9 week cycles. Group spiritual accompaniment allows the group to share together in seeking and providing companionship.

Outdoor Sessions
In-person spiritual accompaniment sessions in a natural setting. Available to folks in the DC area.
Half of the session will be a contemplative activity in nature, such as hiking or birding, while sharing or in silence. The second half will be seated time for reflection and questions.

Ceremony
Life events are important and should be both celebrated and marked appropriately. Whether you are getting married, celebrating the name of a child, pet or yourself, or remembering a departed loved one, it would be my honor to lead or help you design a ritual fitting for the occasion.
