What shadows are cast? What exists in the shadows? What may be obscured?

Supplies to have prepared for the session:

• Sheet of blank paper.

• Drawing supplies to your preference. (Colored pens, pencils, crayons, just a plain pencil or pen, etc.)

• Small flashlight, cell phone light, or other option that can cast reasonably high contrast light.

• 1 to 3 small objects of some spiritual significance that have 3 dimensions; think crystals, stones, small statues or trinkets, etc.

• Optional: journal or other option for reflection in writing.
